Black Summer Truffle Sauce


A staple of truffle lovers, the aroma and woodsy flavor of this Black Summer Truffle Sauce take center stage when added to bruschetta, pasta, or as a final touch to frittata. In the Umbria-Marche tradition, the salsa tartufata is ideal when gently warmed with a few teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil before being used as a garnish.

Ingredients: Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), Italian extra virgin olive oil, black olives, carrots, Summer Truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.)  5%, celery, parsley, flavour enhancer: (sodium glutamate, salt, lactose, spices and aroma)
Expiry date :48 months from production
Storage: Closed at room temperature. After opening keeps 20 days refrigerated (2-4°C) covered by extra virgin olive oil.
