Minced summer truffle

The finest black summer truffles are minced and seasoned with truffle cooking water, salt, and extra virgin olive oil to create a puree guaranteed to satisfy the most refined palates. Gently warmed with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic, La Cerqua’s black truffle cream is superb with pasta, grilled meat and fish, bruschetta, and omelettes.
