Gnocchi with Tomato and Black Truffles

Ingredients

400 gms gnocchi
180 gms Tomato Sauce and Black Truffles
100 gms Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 Tbsp coarse salt

Easy recipe

Bring to a boil in a heavy bottom sauce pan half a litre of salted water. Place the gnocchi into the boiling water, stiring occasionally until the gnocchi begins to float on the top (approx. 5 mins.) then drain in a collander. Add the tomato sauce and gnocchi to the sauce pan and gently stir over a low heat until all the gnocchi are covered with the warmed tomato sauce. Remove from heat. Divide the gnocchi onto 4 prewarmed plates and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese (optional).
