Baked Brie with Honey & Truffles
A small wheel or triangular wedge of double or triple Brie
125 ml Honey & Black Truffles
A few thin slices of seasonal fruit
Total time 25 minutes
Preparation 5 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
Preheat your oven to 180° C / 350° F
Loosely wrap the Brie with parchment paper and place into an equally sized ovenproof dish and
bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place the brie on a serving plate and drizzle with honey. Garnish with a seasonal fruit and hot crispy bread.
