Extra Virgin Italian Olive Oil with Citrus Fruits

Orange and lemon peels are pressed with the olives creating a lovely and incredibly versatile condiment. Just a few drops are enough to flavor a varitety different dishes from raw vegetables, carpaccio, beef and fish tartar, grilled meat, cakes, fruit salads and ice cream.
The fruit is milled directly with the olives.
