Black Truffle Sauce


The beauty of this tantalizing sauce is in its simplicity, with the milder champignon flavour providing the perfect foundation to showcase the beguiling strength of the summer black truffle. Offers a noble addition to bruschetta, pasta, frittata, polenta, scallopini and risotto, also as accompaniment to meat dishes.

Ingredients: Champignons mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, blacksummer truffle 5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), cuttlefish ink, black olives, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and rel. group), salt, sugar, pepper, aroma, natural aroma.
Expiry date: 36 months from date of packing.
Storage: Closed at room temperature. After opening, keeps 7 days refrigerated (2-4°C).
