Truffled Vol Au Vents with Cherry Mozzarella


6 vol au vent cases
6  cherry sized Mozzarella balls
1 Tbsp Tomato and Black Truffle Sauce
1 Tbsp Black Summer Truffle Sauce

Total time 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place the vol au vent cases onto a non stick pan or parchment paper.

Place the Mozzarella onto the cases. Carefully spoon over 1 Tsp of Black Truffle Sauce over 3 the filled cases and do the same with the Tomato and Black Truffle Sauce over the other 3.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes (until the cheese melts) remove from the oven and plate on a serving platter. Eat while hot.
