Caprese Salad “alla Cerqua”


4 small or 2 large buffalo Mozzarella
2 medium vine ripe tomatoes
1 tsp Black Summer Carpaccio
6 small anchovies under olive oil
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 pinches of salt

Super easy recipe

Drain the Mozzarella and place on a serving plate. Slice the tomatoes and sprinkle with salt, arrange on the plate. Lay the anchovies over the Mozzarella. Garnish with Carpaccio and drizzled olive oil.
