Caciotta with black truffle

‘La Caciotta’ is a semi-soft cheese made from sheep and cows’ milk blended with black summer truffles. The end result is a delicately flavored cheese with just the right balance of earthy fragrances and notes of summer truffles.

Ingredients: Cow’s milk, sheep’s milk, truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, lactic ferments, rennet, goat’s lipase, salt, flavor. Surface treated with E235 preservative. Inedible rind. Contains MILK.
