Whole Black Winter Truffle

Highly sought after for their gastronomic properties, black truffles have an aroma that speaks of their origins as fruits of the earth, with a light cocoa aroma, while their spicy flavor emerges with a hint of bitterness when added to recipes. Preserved in a natural brine, black truffle pairs well with meat, fish, soups and risottos.

Ingredients: Black Winter Truffle 80% (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt.), truffle cooking water, salt, natural flavours. No allergens Expiry: 48 months from date of packaging. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Once opened, it will keep for 7 days refrigerated (2-4°C) covered with extra virgin olive oil.
